Can operators create new orders with Rally Catering?

Yes, new orders can be created by operators from the operator web portal or dashboard.

Do you support invoicing and credit card payments?

Yes, we support both. We also support special payment methods such as PO# on the enterprise plan.

Can I export my reports?

Yes, you have the ability to export most reports including production sheets, packing lists and sales reports.

How fast can we launch?

We usually recommend planning for a two weeks rollout timeframe. This provides time for digital menu optimization and training as needed.

What's included in the onboarding plan?

Each launch includes the configuration of the digital ordering experience for your concept, creating your digital menu, optimizing the menu, building in your catering rules, and training resources.

Is this for weddings and complex events?

Not at this time. Rally Catering currently supports corporate catering, drop-off catering, meal-prep offerings and business & industry catering operations. Our events module is planned for release later this year.

Do you charge commissions?

No, we are not a marketplace, we are a first-party ordering platform with a fixed monthly or annual fee and do not charge commissions on sales.
